DALLAS — Dallas police are searching for any person accountable for a taking pictures that despatched a 2-year-old kid to the health center Saturday evening.
When officials were given there, the kid was once already being taken to a health center with a gunshot wound. Police mentioned the kid is anticipated to get well.
