MIAMI – Miami citizens dwelling in a neighborhood at the western edge of the town are hoping police can find a man who’s going round damaging their assets for no obvious explanation why.
The suspect is observed on surveillance video slashing tires and throwing rocks within the town’s Flagami neighborhood.
“It’s a concern that somebody living around you (would) be able to do these things to your neighbors,” resident Elsie Urbay stated.
Urbay had simply completed striking up Christmas decorations, walked over to her automotive and noticed that two tires had been flat.
She noticed the gashes within the tires, so she went to test her cameras.
She stated she noticed a man taking a walk throughout the neighborhood. Apparently mumbling, he walks up to her automotive, slashes each of her tires on his method off.
The video seems to display a pocket knife. Urbay stated she has no concept who he’s.
“It’s scary, but I don’t know,” she stated. “I have no idea.”
William Aleman, every other neighbor, noticed the man throw rocks at his automotive. He stated the outburst used to be horrifying.
“He wasn’t aiming to do that, he was aiming to break a window. He just missed,” Aleman stated. “It makes you really mad. Damaging your property for I don’t know what reason.”
Other citizens within the house stated they’ve observed man wandering aimlessly and angrily. Residents shared surveillance video from each attitude, each nook, attempting to work out who that is and what he’s doing.
