Raiders’ Chandler Jones released from reserve/non-football illness list one day after arrest

The Las Vegas Raiders released veteran pass-rusher Chandler Jones from the reserve/non-football Illness list, the team announced Saturday.

Jones was once arrested early Friday morning in Las Vegas simply hours after he released an array of troubling social media posts, together with a video the place he broke down in tears. Jones was once booked into Clark County Detention Center in Nevada and stays in custody, according to center records. His bail has been set at $15,000 and a court docket date has been scheduled for Dec. 4, 2023. While the specifics of Jones’ arrest stay unclear, he’s formally charged with violating a short lived coverage order.
