A daunting ordeal for a 20 yr previous girl early Saturday morning. Lincoln Police have been known as to ‘Gate 25’ close to Canopy Street and Q round 2:30 a.m.
“The victim said she was walking to her vehicle parked in the red parking garage when she noticed a male following her,” says Captain Todd Kocian. He says when she bought to her car the person grabbed her and pushed her towards the aspect of her car.
“She started to scream at which time the male pushed his fingers inside her mouth and attempted to force her into the vehicle,” Kocian says. “She bit down on his fingers, and he ran away.”
Kocian says the sufferer ran from the parking storage and contacted a gaggle of individuals on the sidewalk and informed them what occurred. They then searched the parking storage and ultimately discovered 22-year-old Shawn Young of Eufaula, Oklahoma sitting in his car.
They stored him on the scene till police arrived. Young was arrested for 1st diploma false imprisonment and cited and launched for tampering with bodily proof and threerd diploma assault. Kocian says the tempering cost stems from Young eliminating a number of the clothes he was sporting.
The sufferer sustained minor accidents to her mouth space.
