Oklahoma City Police have arrested a person with a weapon Friday morning close to Northwest fifth Street and North Broadway Avenue in Downtown Oklahoma City.
OCPD arrived on scene, the place officers drew their weapons on the person and satisfied him to put his personal on the bottom.
According to OCPD, the person was having a psychological episode however is now in custody and receiving the care.
