DALLAS — Police in Dallas mentioned Tuesday night time a man that was once closing observed in Irving early Monday morning has been found safely.
The truck was once observed at 3:55 a.m. Tuesday on digicam across the 4700 block of South 2nd Avenue in Dallas.
