Man who confessed to sexually abusing little girl appears in Broward court



FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A 37-year-old Haitian migrant — who stands accused of sexually abusing a girl and having footage of it in his mobile phone — seemed in court on Saturday in Broward County.
