MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – An appeals courtroom determined to overturn the conviction of a Miami-Dade police officer stemming from a 2019 arrest.
The courtroom stated the state lawyer’s workplace must no longer have moved ahead at the case.
Dyma Loving, the sufferer, could be very disenchanted over the verdict and is hopeful she’s going to win her civil case this is these days pending.

“I’m very disappointed,” Loving stated. “I’m very just discouraged in my justice system.”
