Man appears in court accused of killing his son and wife in Plantation


PLANTATION, Fla. – A 40-year-old guy seemed in court on Sunday accused of killing each his 2-year-old son and his 38-year-old wife at their house in Plantation. Their 3-month-old kid survived.

Jean Carlos Aponte was once hospitalized on March 26 after a failed suicide strive, police mentioned. He stands accused of stabbing his son Ethan and his wife Sara Ashley Gama in the Jacaranda Lakes house.

According to neighbors, the couple’s 3-month-old child was once beneath the care of grandparents.

Plantation cops arrested Aponte on Saturday after his liberate from the sanatorium. Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies booked him on the major prison in Fort Lauderdale.
