DORAL, Fla. – A 31-year-old guy was once on the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on Friday night time accused of kidnapping a woman to rape her at his position in Miami-Dade County.
Abdiel Legra abducted the woman on Wednesday in Opa-locka, and he took her to his space close to the nook of Southwest 96 Avenue and 12 Street, in accordance to the arrest shape.
Legra sexually abused the woman and freed her on Thursday, in accordance to the arrest record. Opa-locka cops arrested Legra and surrendered him to Miami-Dade detectives in Doral.
After wondering him, the detectives arrested Legra at about 2:20 a.m., on Friday and corrections officials booked him at about 4 a.m. and held him with out bond, information display.
Legra is going through fees in two instances: One is for sexual battery, and the opposite is for kidnapping and battery.
