DORAL, Fla. – A 22-year-old guy with a felony document wasn’t allowed to grasp firearms when he went to a gun range, recorded himself firing one, and shared it on Instagram, in accordance to police.
Melvyn Prado’s post on June 4 as “Melly3Real” was once sufficient for a Miami-Dade detective to set out to in finding surveillance video at the Warrior Gun Range & Shop in Doral, in accordance to an arrest warrant in the case.
Surveillance video confirmed Prado purchasing two containers of reside ammunition at the gun range store at 2105 NW 102 Pl., in accordance to the arrest warrant issued on July 3.
Miami-Dade cops arrested Prado on Sunday, and he remained at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on Monday afternoon.
Prado’s felony document as a minor comprises burglaries and grand thefts from 2017 to 2019. On Monday, he was once going through a rate of ownership of a firearm and ammunition through a convicted felon.
