IBM Hit With Data Security Patent Infringement Suit in Texas


International Business Machines Corp. is dealing with a brand new lawsuit from information safety agency DigitalDoors Inc. accusing it of infringing a handful of patents that it’s allegedly recognized about for greater than a decade.

IBM’s cloud storage services violate US Patent Nos. 7,313,825, 7,322,047, 7,349,987, 7,552,482, and 7,721,344, which search to repair “vulnerabilities with pre-existing data storage and data-security technologies in unconventional ways,” DigitalDoors wrote in a Monday complaint in East Texas.
