Woman, 44, killed in skydiving accident in Oklahoma – Newstalk KZRG

SALLISAW, Okla. (AP) – Police in Oklahoma say a 44-year-old lady was killed after crashing to the bottom whereas skydiving.

Police in Sallisaw say Heather Glasgow of Poteau died at a hospital after the autumn on Saturday. The division says witnesses advised investigators that Glasgow’s parachute had opened, however she was spinning and didn’t get better earlier than hitting the bottom in Sallisaw, about 150 miles ease of Oklahoma metropolis.

The Federal Aviation Administration is aiding in the investigation.

The FAA stated it’s investigating the packing of the primary and reserve parachutes whereas native authorities are in cost of different elements of the investigation.
