Sandbag places across Tampa Bay are opening beginning Sunday morning as the world prepares for Tropical Storm Ian.

Locations will probably be open beginning Sunday at 10 a.m. Sites will probably be open Monday and Tuesday at 7 a.m. and can shut every single day at 7 p.m.
