SAN ANGELO, Texas (KLST/KSAN) — Dozen of tattoo artists from throughout the United States had been in San Angelo this weekend for the West Texas Tattoo Convention.
Being one of many largest of its form, it began on Friday, Feb. 24 on the Foster Communications Coliseum. Organizers based mostly in San Angelo inform us that a few of the artists will e book appointments months upfront.
