SAN ANTONIO – University Health says the opening of its Women’s & Children’s Hospital within the South Texas Medical Center has been not on time by way of a waterline break that unfold flooded water right through the construction.
The health facility used to be at the start set to open on August 24 and used to be extremely expected for its compassionate care to postpartum moms with high-risk young children and kids.
University Health introduced the lengthen Tuesday, mentioning, “A fire sprinkler standpipe in one of the hospital’s stairwells ruptured on Wednesday, August 23, resulting in a significant amount of water flowing down the stairwell and onto hallways and adjacent rooms throughout the building.”
