VIDEO: Chaotic moments after shoplifting suspect opens fire in Oklahoma City Walmart

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Oklahoma City police launched video of the chaotic scene on the Belle Isle Walmart when a shoplifting suspect opened fire in the shop.

The incident occurred in late November and police arrested 43-year-old Chartez Lamar Chappell.

Oklahoma City Police Department officers say Chappell tried to depart the shop with out paying for a bicycle, however did attempt to buy beans and foil.

Chappell was confronted by a safety guard and the 2 started to scuffle.

The safety guard used a stun gun on Chappell. Police say Chappell pulled out a gun and fired a number of pictures inside the shop earlier than fleeing.

Officers arrived on the retailer moments later as Chappell allegedly continued firing in the car parking zone.

Chappell was arrested outdoors at a close-by Chili’s Restaurant.

No one was harm through the incident, however one of many fired rounds hit safety guard’s handcuffs. That spherical didn’t injure the safety guard.
