Two main office houses in Dallas’ northern suburbs have hit the marketplace.
The new choices upload to the rising record of North Texas office structures up for grabs.
Newmark Group is looking for a purchaser for Collins Crossing, a high-profile tower on North Central Expressway in Richardson. The 11-story tower is between Greenville Avenue and U.S. Highway 75 within the Telecom Corridor.
The greater than 300,000-square-foot development, built in 1999, is 85% leased to tenants together with Dell, tool corporate ARGO and chip company Nexperia.
“Collins Crossing is leased to credit-worthy tenants in highly resilient and high-growth industries,” consistent with Newmark’s advertising and marketing pitch.
A few miles away in West Plano, the Preston Park Towers are also on the market.
Located on Preston Road just south of Park Boulevard, the almost 10-acre office campus was built in 1986 with two nine-story buildings. The campus totals almost 370,000 square feet.
The buildings are more than 80% leased with tenants including Wells Fargo, Auction.com and Loan Depot.
Preston Park has been owned through a Florida investor since 2019.
The Richardson and Plano office choices are amongst a number of houses Newmark is advertising and marketing for sale in Collin County.
