Two people are arrested in Midland for possessing multiple drugs

MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas — The Midland County Sheriff’s Office reported Monday that they done a seek warrant in the 1100 block of North Terrell St. for an unlawful narcotics seek.

MCSO says they discovered 600 grams of marijuana, 4 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, two handguns and seized roughly $2,000 in money.

All of the pieces belonged to Terrence Stanton, 21, and Jahlahni Edwards, 27.

Both have been arrested for ownership of marijuana over 4 oz. in a drug loose zone and ownership of a managed substance in Penalty Group 2 over 4 grams.

The seek warrant used to be performed through MCSO’s SWAT Team, MCSO’s DEA Task Force Investigators and the U.S. DEA Agents.
