Two charged in killing of Manuel Edwards, one suspect still loose

Trevelon Harris, 22, and Alonzo Simpson, 17, had been arrested and charged with capital homicide in the case. Police say a 3rd suspect, 19-year-old Gregory Ellison, is still at giant. 

The sufferer, Edwards, was shot and killed in South Dallas in September of this 12 months. He was in seventh grade at Billy Earl Dade Middle School.

Edwards’ mom, Cynthia Edwards, stated Manuel Edwards was her solely baby. 

“He was a miracle child,” she stated.
