Tropical Storm Lee forms in Atlantic, forecast to become major hurricane heading to the Caribbean

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — Tropical Storm Lee shaped Tuesday in the Atlantic Ocean and was once forecast to become a major hurricane because it approaches the Caribbean, forecasters mentioned.
