Trio accused of burglarizing self-storage facility in northwest Miami-Dade



MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Miami-Dade police say their officials stuck 3 crooks red-handed with housebreaking gear and other people’s possessions at a self-storage facility, which resulted in their arrests Wednesday.

Authorities arrested Daniel Iglesias-Diaz, 26; Javier Perez-Socorro, 33; and Jayron Pimentel-Fernandez, 25, on fees of housebreaking and ownership of housebreaking gear.

According to police, the boys have been observed on surveillance video getting into the Public Storage at 18400 NW 57th Ave. — in the Country Club house — at round 10:20 a.m., then later exiting with other people’s saved pieces as police pulled up.

Police mentioned the trio had housebreaking gear, at the side of plastic garage containers, backpacks and duffle baggage “belonging to multiple victims.”

According to an arrest document, some of the valuables belonged to a circle of relatives member of one of the responding officials. Police mentioned any other sufferer was once on the scene and known the valuables as hers.

All 3 suspects have been being held with out bond in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Thursday.
