Top of Oklahoma Barn Quilt Trail spreads throughout Kay county

In 2017, a joint effort from Blackwell Tourism Development Board, Top of Oklahoma Museum, all volunteer boards, and lots of volunteers from their neighborhood created what’s now often called the Top of Oklahoma Barn Quilt Trail. A barn quilt is a quilt type portray that folks cling on their barns or on their property.
