Three historic bridges in downtown San Antonio to close alternately for repairs over next two months



SAN ANTONIO – If you assume there’s a large number of building in downtown San Antonio in recent years, extra is at the method.

According to a news unencumber from the City of San Antonio, 3 historic bridges can be closed alternately over the next two months for repairs.

The first closure will contain the South Presa Street Bridge from Oct. 2-23. Underneath the bridge, the phase of the River Walk adjoining to building can be closed from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. every day.

The Crockett Street Bridge can be underneath building from Oct. 24 to Nov. 3. Underneath the bridge, the phase of the River Walk adjoining to building can be closed from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. every day.

The Augusta Street Bridge can be underneath building from Nov. 3-20. Underneath the bridge, the phase of the River Walk adjoining to building can be closed every day from sunup to sunset.

The bridges will close to all vehicular site visitors, even supposing pedestrian get admission to can be maintained at the bridge. All River Walk and street-level companies will stay out there.
