Thousands Of Oklahomans Without Power As Strong Winds Sweep Across Parts Of The State

Thousands of Oklahoma are waking up with out energy on Tuesday morning as robust winds and a few storms sweep throughout components of the state.

Currently, round 2,321 OG&E prospects are with out energy across the state. According to the PSO Outage map, almost 3,753 prospects are going through outages. Oklahoma’s Electric Cooperatives are reporting that round 2,220 prospects are with out energy. Several counties within the state are at the moment underneath a Wind Advisory.

According to the National Weather Service, wind gusts as much as 40 and 45 mph have the potential to blow round unsecured objects and will convey down tree limbs and, resulting in extra outages throughout the state.
