Texas woman accused of murder misses court date; obituary confirms her death


WESLACO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — An arrest warrant has been issued after a Texas woman accused of murder failed to seem in court. However, it seems she died.

On Wednesday, it was confirmed by the Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa’s web site that she died. The obituary posted by the funeral home states she died Dec. 7.

Emma Linda Gracia was arrested Jan. 19, 2020, on a cost of murder in connection to the deadly taking pictures of 24-year-old Eduardo Mendoza, in response to Hidalgo County data.
