A person who may need been experiencing a psychological well being disaster was shot and injured by Texas deputies on Thursday after apparently calling 911 and describing himself as a trespasser outdoors his residence, authorities stated.
At 12:45 a.m. on Thursday, deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office had been referred to as to a residence in Magnolia about a disturbance in progress with presumably two trespassers, together with one armed with a gun, stated Steve Squier, a sheriff’s workplace spokesman.
At the house, deputies discovered a 68-year-old man with presumably a shotgun who matched the outline of one of many trespassers described by the 911 caller.
