Texas man kidnaps, assaults teen ‘3 to 5 times’

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Police in Texas arrested a man who they allege kidnapped and sexually assaulted a teenage lady a number of instances.

According to Hidalgo County data, Milton Elizalde was arrested on two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of aggravated kidnapping.

On Sept. 21, a 16-year-old lady walked into the McAllen Police Department to report that she was the sufferer of an ongoing sexual abuse. On separate events between August and December 2021, {the teenager} advised police, she was kidnapped by Elizalde on her means to faculty, in accordance to the legal complaints offered within the case.

“[She] stated this happened several other times and stated [Elizalde] would also use a gun to threaten her so she could get into the car,” one of many legal complaints said.

Another grievance indicated that “these events had happened about three to five times.”

On Sept. 27, she was interviewed by authorities on the Children’s Advocacy Center in Edinburg.

“[She] stated that on one occasion she remembers, [Elizalde] had pulled out a knife and placed it to her neck threatening her to get into his vehicles,” police wrote in one of many legal complaints.

Police have been advised by the lady that Elizalde drove her to the park, advised her to undress within the backseat of the automobile and that he sexually assaulted her, in accordance to the complaints

The lady additionally advised an investigator that Elizalde had choked her throughout one of many events, inflicting her to cross out and that Elizalde “would hit her all over her body causing her pain and discomfort,” police allege within the legal complaints.

On Oct. 3, investigators carried out a photograph lineup and the lady recognized Elizalde because the man who assaulted her, the court docket data said.

Elizalde was booked Oct. 8 and his bond was set at $400,000, data point out.
