Texas janitor accused of spreading STD to multiple women via office building’s water bottles


HOUSTON (KIAH) — A gaggle of women in Houston filed a joint lawsuit after alleging they contracted a sexually transmitted illness from a janitor who’s accused of urinating in a number of water bottles of their office constructing.

Thirteen women, who might be represented by Houston legislation agency Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner, together with Samantha Spencer of Spurlock & Associates, P.C., have filed go well with towards multiple corporations, alleging that they “permitted and disregarded the janitor’s conduct.”

On Oct. 13, Diaz was charged by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office for aggravated assault with a lethal weapon. He is at the moment being held by immigration officers.
