Texas fertility clinic sued for fertilizing eggs with wrong sperm

TARRANT COUNTY, Texas — Two Texas dad and mom are suing a Fort Worth reproductive clinic they declare fertilized the mom’s eggs with the wrong man’s sperm. 

The criticism, filed Feb. 8 in Tarrant County, states the dad and mom, Camille and Derrick Bryan, went to Dr. Robert Kaufmann at Fort Worth Fertility for fertility companies. 

In preparation for in vitro fertilization, the criticism particulars that the couple had eggs harvested and sperm collected, and on Jan. 21, 2016, Camille Bryan’s eggs had been fertilized at a laboratory in or close to Kaufmann’s workplace.
