AUSTIN (KXAN) — Texas and Austin-area law enforcement businesses had been awarded more than $16 million from the U.S. Department of Justice by means of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program, in accordance to a news free up from Sen. John Cornyn’s place of business.
