Teen describes how he was victim of ‘callous’ hit-and-run driver in Broward


CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – A 14-year-old boy described how a girl struck him, and were given out of her darkish grey Volvo sports activities software car to select up her damaged reflect — simplest to power away leaving him at the back of on my own and injured.

Kyle mentioned he noticed her make a U-Turn and pull into the parking at a close-by McDonald’s. That she didn’t prevent to invite his son if he was OK, truly enraged Rodriguez. Kyle’s leg was injured.

“It’s callous to pick up your mirror and to get back in the car, make a U-Turn, park, and wait to see what happens, and see if the police come, and then take off,” Rodriguez mentioned. “It just makes you question humanity.”

Kyle had a message for the lady: “Imagine if I was your kid, and someone hit me and drove off. Like, it’s kind of messed up. At least you could have said, ‘Sorry!’”
