Teacher accused of abusing special needs 4-year-old boy at Broward school


CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – A 4-year-old boy confirmed up house with cuts and bruises that he couldn’t provide an explanation for. His mom stated on Tuesday that it took 20 days for her to determine that his Broward County instructor were accused of abusing him.

The special needs pre-kindergarten pupil’s alleged abuse came about at Forrest Hills Elementary School in Coral Springs. The boy’s mom stated she gained a choice from a detective who was once investigating the record on her son’s instructor.

“I had no idea what was going on, up until now,” she stated including the Coral Springs detective instructed her on Monday {that a} witness reported the trainer had grabbed her son’s “pressure points” on Sept. 20 throughout school hours.

Two days, after the incident the school notified her, with out rationalization, that the trainer was once now not operating a the school.

Broward County Public Schools launched a remark: “The teacher you are referencing is no longer with the District (resigned as of September 22, 2023).

“The school is aware of allegations made last month and immediately reported them to law enforcement, which is now investigating. Due to the open investigation, we are unable to provide additional information.”

The district deferred questions to the Coral Springs Police Department and reported that the school’s management was once in verbal exchange with the scholar’s folks.
