Tarrant County, Texas: Man charged in fentanyl overdose death


TARRANT COUNTY, Texas — A Tarrant County guy has been indicated for federal drug trafficking violations in reference to an overdose death, U.S. Attorney Damien M. Diggs introduced. 

According to courtroom paperwork, 35-year-old Kevin Chase McCauley, of Saginaw, used to be named in a two-count indictment returned by way of a federal grand jury on Aug. 9, charging him with conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and ownership with intent to distribute fentanyl ensuing in death.
