T20 World Cup 2022: Cricket world reacts to Pakistan’s emphatic win over New Zealand in the first semi-final

Captain Babar Azam and wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan hit attacking half-centuries, giving their facet a flying begin.

Pakistan ultimately reached the end line in 19.1 overs and booked a spot in the ultimate after 13 years. This will likely be their third look in the T20 World Cup finals. They completed as runners-up in the inaugural version in 2007 earlier than sealing the trophy two years later.
