Suspect in kidnapping of 9-year-old in upstate New York set to be arraigned

Craig Ross Jr., the person accused of kidnapping a 9-year-old lady using her motorbike in Moreau Lake State Park in September, is set to be arraigned in Saratoga County Court on Friday.

Authorities arrested Ross, 47, on Oct. 2, after a two-day manhunt, which led government to a camper van in Ballston Spa, New York, the place Ross was once residing on his mom’s belongings.
