Suspect arrested in killing of 11-year-old Texas girl whose body was left under bed

PASADENA, Texas — A person suspected of sexually assaulting and killing an 11-year-old girl sooner than stashing her body under her bed in her circle of relatives’s suburban Houston condo has been arrested, police mentioned Saturday.

The 18-year-old guy was known as an individual of passion Friday. The Pasadena Police Department mentioned in a commentary Saturday that since then, investigators have been ready to acquire further proof linking him to the demise of Maria Gonzalez, they usually arrested him in Shreveport, Louisiana.

So Carmelo Gonzalez asked his brother and sister-in-law, who live in the same apartment complex, to check on his daughter, police said Tuesday. They found the front door unlocked and things out of place when they went inside. But they did not find her.

When Carmelo Gonzalez returned house, he searched the condo and located his daughter beneath her bed, wrapped in a trash bag and positioned within a laundry basket. Police mentioned the girl were strangled to demise and sexually assaulted.
