Suspect arrested for 1989 Dallas murder



DALLAS — Police say they’ve arrested a person and charged him for a lady’s murder from over 30 years in the past in Dallas.

The sufferer was recognized as Mary Hague Kelly. A health worker later decided that she died by strangulation.
