Suspect arrested after fatally shooting man in Seguin



SEGUIN, Texas – A New Braunfels man is at the back of bars after he shot and killed some other man in a single day Saturday, in line with the Seguin Police Department.

The shooting took place at 2:11 a.m. in the 100 block of N River Street.

When officials arrived, they discovered 36-year-old Adrian Barbosa with a gunshot wound.

Despite the officials’ lifesaving measures, Barbosa died on the scene.

Following an investigation, police have been in a position to spot the shooting suspect as 24-year-old Isaac Mesa Jr., of New Braunfels.
