SEGUIN, Texas – A scholar at Seguin High School is going through disciplinary motion after taking two BB guns to campus on Thursday, consistent with the principal.
In a letter to folks, Principal Christine Perez mentioned a workforce member used to be notified by means of people who noticed the BB guns.
No one used to be injured, and Perez mentioned they don’t imagine scholars or workforce “were in harm’s way.”
The Seguin Police Department helped in the investigation. The scholar will face disciplinary motion according to Seguin ISD’s scholar code of habits, Perez mentioned.
“I applaud the individuals who informed a staff member about what they saw,” the letter states. “Please continue to encourage your student to say something to an adult if they see or hear anything of concern.”
This is the second one incident involving a BB gun at a San Antonio-area college this week.
On Wednesday, a scholar at Kendall Elementary School used to be struck by means of a BB gun whilst taking part in at the playground. The scholar used to be no longer injured.
