HOMESTEAD, Fla. – Detectives accused a 19-year-old pupil of recording a video of himself in a Kia — whilst pointing a gun at a police automobile at his school in Miami-Dade County — and publishing it on Instagram on Monday.
Detectives recognized the Instagram person “176thbaby” as Elijah Davis and the school as Gateway Environmental Ok-8 Learning Center, at 955 SE 18 Ave., in Homestead, in step with the arrest shape.
Surveillance video presentations when the Kia that belongs to Davis’s mom was once at the back of the police automobile, in step with police. Detectives searched Davis’s bed room and located the Glock 41 that he had displayed within the video, in step with police.
