Stranger accused of hitting boy, 9, with cucumber, blueberries outside Davie Trader Joe’s

DAVIE, Fla. – A South Florida circle of relatives says their commute to Trader Joe’s was a nightmare after an entire stranger ambushed their 9-year-old son outside of the shop.

Police stated the suspect’s weapon of selection was once a grocery bag containing a cucumber.

The assault came about Saturday on the Trader Joe’s at 2296 S. University Drive in Davie, an arrest record states.
