South San ISD given one year to improve board governance, avoid state takeover


SAN ANTONIO – A two-year investigation through the Texas Education Agency led to a just about 50-page file that confirmed South San Antonio ISD’s Board of Trustees has systemic governing problems that led to operational issues within the district.
