Kendall, FL – A South Florida Chick-fil-A is making nationwide news for providing workers a shortened 3 day work week.

Earlier this 12 months, the Chick-fil-A positioned on N Kendall Dr in Miami started providing workers a shortened work week, consisting of 13-to-14 hour days, 3 days a week.

The franchises’s owner-operator, Justin Lindsey, tells WSVN News “what I sought out to do was attempt to discover a scheduling system that will give our crew that present of time. Lindsay says the restaurant started providing the shortened schedule earlier this 12 months with a job posting on-line, and it was successful.

“I can’t imagine to do school when I’m working five days a week, coming home exhausted, and I have so much free time now in order to get my assignments done and finally be able to finish my bachelor’s degree,” mentioned Koury. “I can’t imagine working a five-day work week. I can’t go back.”
