Soldier killed in non-combat-related incident in Qatar identified as Texas man

A soldier killed in a non-combat-related incident in Qatar overdue remaining week used to be identified as a Texas man, consistent with the U.S. Department of Defense.

Staff Sgt. Felix A. Berrios, 33, died Nov. 3 on the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar. He used to be supporting Operation Inherent Resolve on the time of his dying.

Berrios, from Houston, used to be assigned to the twenty fifth Signal Battalion, one hundred and sixtieth Signal Brigade, U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the Qatar base, Army officers stated.
