Semi crashes into another semi causing diesel spill, troopers say

A crash involving two semi-trucks and a diesel gas spill led to site visitors backups on Interstate 4 at Central Florida Parkway in Orlando Monday morning, in response to the Florida Highway Patrol. 

Shortly, earlier than 7 a.m., troopers stated a semi-truck was touring westbound when it didn’t cease for another semi and an SUV stopped in site visitors forward.

As a outcome, FHP stated the semi-truck crashed into the again of the opposite semi, causing that truck to hit the again of a Nissan Rogue.

The crash shut down all westbound lanes within the space for a couple of hour, as crews labored to wash up and take away the diesel gas spill following the collision. 

The majority of the lanes have since reopened.

An FHP spokesperson stated the 2 semi-truck drivers have been taken to Dr. Phillips Hospital with minor accidents.

The Rogue’s driver and passenger weren’t harm and remained on the scene.
