SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Independent School District is kicking off its next round of group meetings after team of workers proposed remaining 19 campuses.
SAISD printed the result of the learn about in a board assembly on Monday. It proposed that 17 schools would close within the 2024-2025 faculty 12 months, and the opposite two would close within the following faculty 12 months.
Among the opposite suggestions had been 3 faculty mergers, two grade reconfigurations, one relocation, and one co-location, with 23 campuses receiving relocated people.
Before the varsity board votes at the ultimate advice package deal, they’ll listen from the group at greater than 20 public meetings.
