Rudy Giuliani sued by his lawyers for $1.4M

Davidoff Butcher & Citron LLP, filed the lawsuit in opposition to Giuliani in New York.

Rudy Giuliani owes just about $1.4 million to the regulation company that defended him throughout a lot of legal, civil and Congressional investigations, the company, Davidoff Butcher & Citron LLP, stated in a brand new lawsuit filed Monday in New York.

Giuliani has paid $214,000 to the company since November 2019, when he retained Robert Costello, a spouse on the company, the lawsuit stated.

Costello represented Giuliani throughout legal investigations in New York, Georgia and Washington, the House Jan. 6 investigation, 10 civil complaints in more than a few state and federal courts and disciplinary complaints involving Giuliani’s regulation license.

“In breach of the Retainer Agreement, Defendant failed to pay Plaintiffs the balance of $1,360,196.10 of the total amount owed, although duly demanded,” the lawsuit stated. Giuliani made a cost to the company ultimate month within the quantity of $10,000.
