Residents flock to stores, stocking up on last-minute items


TAMPA, Fla. — Grocery shops throughout Tampa Bay are seeing a rise in buyers as individuals put together for no matter Ian might carry.

People at The Winn Dixie in Hyde Park had been stocking up on important hurricane items like canned items, batteries and bottles of water.
