Rep. Dan Goldman talks about the latest on Trump and more

The U.S. Supreme Court dominated Monday that no state can ban former President Donald Trump from a state number one poll.

The ruling got here after Colorado disqualified Trump from showing on the Republican number one poll again in December — bringing up his movements on Jan. 6, 2021 as the reason why.

While the choice used to be unanimous, the justices break up on technicalities, with the majority ruling that no state can save you a federal candidate from showing on the poll.

Meanwhile, 16 states are making ready to carry their primaries Tuesday. It’s the largest number one election day of the 12 months, sometimes called Super Tuesday.

However, electorate gained’t know the destiny of a number of of Trump’s different felony battles till a lot of the number one season has concluded.
